This table shows all SDK related error codes

General Error Codes

Error Code	Description	Suggested Action
7001	Network connection issue	Make sure you have internet access
7002	Server error	If the error persists, please contact us
7003	Security error	Make sure you are not using a rooted device
7004	Unauthorized	Generate a new access token and try again
7005	Server error	If the error persists, please contact us
7006	Camera access denied	Allow camera permission
7007	Trials exceeded	Generate a new access token to start a new session
7009	Invalid SSL certificate	Make sure SSL certificate is valid
7010	Invalid access token	Make sure you have a valid access token
7011	Server not found	Make sure the baseURL is correct
7012	Server error	If the error persists, please contact us
7013	Location Access Denied	Allow location permission
7014	Encryption issue detected	if the error persists, please contact us
7015	Decryption issue detected	if the error persists, please contact us

Document Capture Error Codes

Error Code	Description	Suggested Action
7101	Data extraction failed	Make sure that the ID is clear
7102	Document verification failed	Make sure that you are using a real ID
7103	Data validation failed	Make sure that you are using a valid ID

Biometrics Error Codes

Error Code	Description	Suggested Action
7201	Face is not similar	Make sure that the the user matches the face in the image
